Year 7: ‘Day of the Dead’
Year 7 have been working on a new project based on the Mexican festival, DÃa de los Muertos (the Day of the Dead). The multi-day celebration focuses on gatherings of family and friends to pray for and remember loved ones who have died, and help support their spiritual journey.

Year 9: Abstract Expressionism.
9LG5 have created these wonderful pieces of work using lino-printing and collage as a response to their latest topic which has explored the artistic movement, Abstract Expressionism.

Year 8 stitched landscapes
Year 8 students travelled to the Lake District in October 2017 for a week long residential trip. Since then, they have been producing some beautiful work in Art based on their experiences and the surroundings they explored. 8LG4 have created these wonderful stitched landscapes as a response to the stunning views they encountered.
